Areas of Practice: Working with people and families involved in 18-wheeler and other Commercial Vehicle cases. Many of these accidents result in catastrophic injuries including TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), spinal cord injuries involving a spinal fusion or paralysis, amputations, and some are so catastrophic that people do not survive and we are forced to file a wrongful death claim.
Mark’s passion is helping those victims and families of victims who have been hurt due to the negligence, wrongful and careless acts of other drivers, corporations, and government entities. Mark fights only for the victims and their families and against the corporations, insurance companies, and government entities that hurt people. The odds are tough, but everyone deserves a “David” to fight against their “Goliath”. That’s what Mark Does, he fights for the “little guy”, the underdog — every day in courts across our country.
Mark Wilson graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law earning a Juris Doctor in Law. Mark is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma District Courts, including the Supreme Court and all Administrative Law Courts. Mark also practices in the United States Federal Courts and is admitted to practice in the Western District and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and is also admitted to practice in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado.
Mark is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; Has been listed in the National Trial Lawyers Top 10 Trucking Lawyers and the Top 100 Trial Lawyers; The Oklahoma Association for Justice, is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and is a graduate and a member of the teaching faculty of the Keenan Trial Institute. Mark is also a graduate of and practices using the Gerry Spence Method at Thunderhead Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming.
