The State of Oklahoma has adopted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. The State regulations can be found in the Oklahoma Administrative Code, or on the Corporation Commission Web site. We have added the entire text of the Oklahoma State Administrative Code Section 165:30, which sets the minimum standards for operating commercial motor vehicles in Oklahoma.
